Our story began in 2020 when we discovered freeze-dried products during a family trip to London, Borough Market.
Upon returning home, our founder, Elina, became intrigued by freeze-drying technology and its unique advantages compared to other methods.
Coincidentally, an opportunity arose for an exchange trip to Estonia to learn more about freeze-drying as a processing method.
Inspired by this experience, we made the decision to establish our own freeze-drying factory.
Our production involves the collaboration of food technology scientists who strive to create healthy, user-friendly, and conveniently storable products.
Elina, our company’s manager, is a passionate health food enthusiast who draws inspiration for new products from her worldly travels and exploration of flavors.
